How does Petfo list sites in each category?
When entering a category page on Petfo.com, such as "Dogs" or "Birds", the first set of listings will be any subcategories that fall under that particular category. The second set of listings are individual link boxes to sites.
Links that are "New" in the category are listed first, followed by any "Cool Sites" in that category, and then the remaining links in the category, all listed alphabetically. By listing sites this way, we can be fair to everyone, and have all entries ordered in the most sensible manner.
